REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
COLOR ADJUSTMENTS
Here at La Vie Boutique Salon, we strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you wish to have a color adjustment, please contact us within a week of your original appointment.
CREDIT CARD REQUIRED
To schedule an appointment, your credit card information must be on file.
Your card will not be charged before services are rendered unless you cancel or make changes to your appointment outside of our cancellation policy, which is listed below:
In the case that 48 hours notice is not given for cancellation/rescheduling, La Vie Boutique Salon reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; Therefore, we respectfully require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or service changes to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged for 100% the cost of the service scheduled.
NO CALL NO SHOWS
No call no shows will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled.
TARDINESS
La Vie Boutique Salon asks that you please show up no later than 15 minutes to your scheduled appointment. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes, services originally scheduled may have to be reassessed based on the available time.
